The Winpe Career was a half a day career fair bringing together equal opportunity employers keen to tap into the vast female talent pool. 11 leading PEVC firms committed 24 career opportunities including full time Pre MBA Analyst roles, Internships and a unique program that invites women to shadow a senior investor for a day and get a peak into investing as an exciting career option. The event crossed 200+ registrations and NPS score of 95%.

Senior leaders from 8 of the recruiting firms presented and interacted with aspiring candidates from Investment Banking, Consulting, PEVC industry, Startups and B-School campuses, and answered questions on a range of topics that included:

- What a day in an investing firm looks like
- How one could break into PEVC
- How could one develop sector expertise
- What are the different tracks available

The day concluded with present candidates getting a chance to be shortlisted for the positions on offer.
